At WOROOD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Log into your WOROOD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and securely attached.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
